but you know what? My instincts told me that it's a waste of time for you to continue reading this because honestly speaking, you really can't expect anything significant from a person who's leading a very mundane life right now.
so yes, you may leave now if you want to while I shall, on the other hand move on with more ramblings and nonsense. =D
hmmm..... let's seee...
after spending several minutes in thought on what to blog, I decided to land on a random fact about me: why I think I'm cheapskate.
=D
reason #1: instead of paying RM1.80 for a hotdog bun from RT pastry every morning, I'd walk 8 steps extra to the pastry next to it and get myself the same bun with RM1.60 even though I'm already late for work.
reason #2: instead of signing out at the time I leave office everyday, I often *secretly* add on another 10 minutes in the attendance book so that I can earn an extra RM1.50 and take that as a treat from the company for my hotdog bun the next morning.
reason #3: instead of getting mom a mother's day present and a seperate one for dad's birthday, I brought the two of them out for dinner and told them it's a treat for both occasions.
reason #4: instead of getting my 3 favourite storybooks from MPH mv, I'm actually planning to walk an extra mile to the Borders in the Gardens and get all the 3 of them with the price of 2 since Borders often have this "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion. hoho.
reason #5: instead of chucking all the used papers into the bin like the rest of my colleagues do, I collect them in a box hidden under my bed. took the hassle to carry 7kgs of the papers I collected earlier and sold them off with a pathetic amount of RM1.70.
reason #6: instead of paying RM1.20 for taufufah every morning, I can now consume the same amount of it with 10 cents less because I now reuse the container I collected from the uncle during the past few weeks.
reason #7: instead of sms-ing zunny directly to her 017 number, I have now decided to contact her through her mom's 016 number because it's way cheaper to do so.
and after all the troubles in saving these tiny-winy pennies, I with pride, spent about RM250 in mv the other day to get myself some quite-but-not-entirely useless things which I can't resist having.
-.-
hopeless.
note: I was told to prepare for a scholarship interview through the phone by tomorrow morning. don't know what these people are up to but.. wish me luck! =)

I left this on MSN, dunno whether you got it or not..
good luck for your scholarship interview!
haha your reasons why you think you're a cheapskate are good! I practice most of them ;p with the exception of 5, 6 and 7. I can't relate to 2 because I get paid by the day, not by the hour hehe.
and then suddenly I find myself blowing a huge sum just to make myself happy :D
sigh.. that's so typically WOMEN. Saving up on measle stuff but spending so so so much more on stuff they don't really need =___= tsk tsk tsk.
all the best for the interview :)
hey sweetie! herm, its gd to be cheapskate at times. U get to save up
ALOT, tho its js a small amount. but wat they said "lama lama jadi bukit"
seriously, i can nvr do that, i would rather pay more or js not go to work, u noe how lazy am i? haha.. anyway, its itme to change a new container for taufufa. its not gd to recycle several times. RMB! huggis!
*lousy maxis people* hahaha.
All the best for ur interview!!
How's your interview?
lien yiny ur so cute la haha.u do have ur point there tho.oh and good luck aight? :)
wei, for reason 4, i think everyone is like that la..the book price in malaysia so mahal...Hehe..
So hows interview??
first and foremost, I dont understand why you people even bother to read this nonsense. lmao.
indeed, I was overflowed with joy after spending a huge sum (well, at least to me) of money in mv BUT saving up on measly stuffs gave me the exuberance too!
so you see, I think it's the self-contentment that matters after all. =P
interview was fine probably because it was just the first round and it's not a face-to-face type of interview? though nervous, I had a nice conversation with the interviewer. She actually wished me luck for my 2nd interview so i GUESS I did okay.. Will be informed of the outcome in 2 to 3 weeks time but IF everthing goes well, I will have to go through another 2 panels of interview. chances are quite slim though, for there are more than 80 eligible elites who applied for it and only 5 candidates will be chosen as their scholar.
still, I'll try to do my best. *keeping my fingers crossed*
THANK YOU PEOPLE!
fucking bullshit.
why is it so sir? =)
