the Train

Came across a Chinese article on FB, which a direct translation would sound something like this:

Life is like a ride in a train heading to grave. There may be numerous stations along the way, but no passenger would be there to accompany you through the entire journey.

You will meet different people at different interchanges, getting in and out of your train from time to time. If you're lucky, certain people will escort you through a part of your journey, but when it's time for these people to alight from your train, you have to bid them farewell appreciatively, no matter how upset or dreadful it is.

Perhaps there will be a new passenger who'd escort you further in the next station, perhaps not. We do not have control of anybody or anything in life, but we do know the people who are with us NOW. Appreciate your time left with the people you love, for we never know when are they leaving our train, and when will our train reach its final destination.
